Revealed: How much extra does Ronaldo earn than Hazard, Rooney & Ozil?
Chelsea, Manchester United and Arsenal star amongst Premier League's highest earners but they come nowhere close to pocketing what Real Madrid icon does…
A list detailing Real Madrid's top earners has been released by Sportune and the disparity between the club's highest paid player and second highest is an exorbitant €10m and far outweighs the colossal incomes of the Premier League's top stars.
It is perhaps no surprise that Cristiano Ronaldo tops Sportune's list and receives an annual salary of €17m (£14.41m), yet the second highest Los Blanco collects 'just' €7m - Gareth Bale.

Nigeria reach U17 World Cup final
The Nigeria Under-17 football team, the Golden Eaglets
produced a masterclass of attacking football in Dubai to beat a
well-drilled Sweden side 3-0 on Tuesday.
Sweden had the first chance in the first minute of the game when Elias Andersson burst through the right with great pace but his deflected cross was hooked wide by Valmir Berisha to send the Nigerian nerves jangling early on.
Berisha had scored twice against Nigeria in the group stages.
Three minutes later, Nigeria had a chance to respond after some lax Swedish defending freed Musa Yahaya in the penalty area but the youngster hesitated a split second too late and the chance was gone. Seconds later, Taiwo Awoniyi had a chance to make amends but his shot lacked power.

Arsenal’s record signing Mesut Ozil has revealed that new Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti played a key role in him deciding to leave Madrid for London.
Ozil made a deadline day transfer for £42million as Arsene Wenger was desperate to add a big name signing to the squad and get the fans back on his side. Who would have guessed that Ozzil would have made such a big impact at Arsenal?
It is interesting to note now that Ozil could have actually stayed at Madrid if it were not for Ancelotti not showing any faith in him. Madrid’s loss was Arsenal’s gain!
‘It is very important for me that the coach shows faith in me and believes in me,’ Ozil told TF1.
‘I had no doubt that I would stay at Real Madrid when last season came to an end. But then something happened and I no longer had the coach’s trust.
‘At Arsenal on the other hand, I feel the exact opposite.’
It is so important for players to feel appreciated by the manager and Wenger does a pretty good job of that. If Wenger does not want you, you are the first to know and he has no hesitation on letting you go. What has tended to drive quality players away from Arsenal is the lack of silverware in the last few years but hopefully that is all about to change now with the current crop of players we have. If Wenger can keep this current squad together and add in a world class striker then Ozil and the rest of the squad will be picking up plenty of silverware soon.
